Coast to Coast Guest House, North Yorkshire for sale

I was in stunning North Yorkshire yesterday and booked on to the market with Ernest Wilson a quite stunning guesthouse which actually would be better described as a small boutique hotel. The five rooms are all unique with the attention to detail quite superb - it's even got a hot tub on the terrace!

The business and property are located on the Coast to Coat trail which is hugely popular with cyclists and walkers http://www.c2c-guide.co.uk/

Here's a brief snip it from one of the websites about the Coast to Coast...

Old route, new ways

If you want a leisurely few days and the BEST PLACES to EAT, SLEEP & DRINK, then you’ve come to the right place. The C2C might be tough, but you can do it with planning, even if you’re not quite up there with Bradley Wiggins. Speaking of whom, please note that we added a fabulous loop WIGGO’S WAY, from Penruddock to Stanhope, in honour of the great man last year and it is proving popular.
BUT If you want to do some serious road burning, read on. Check out the experiences of others, send in your own. Links to blogs are most welcome, as are your pictures. There’s technical help as well as restaurant tips.
And don’t forget to mention C2C Guide if you stay at the many places on our properly researched listings. We’ve been in business since the route opened in 1994, so we know what we’re talking about.
In addition to Wiggo’s Way we have also added a new section called the Weardale Alternative which will ease the pressure on the Rookhope to Allenheads section and now links Nenthead with Stanhope via St John’s Chapel on the A689. More information to follow.

Sounds good to me, I'll see if any of my Ernest Wilson colleagues fancy a bike trip!
