The end of the week has not only brought the sunshine but some excellent sales results through the offices of Ernest Wilson. There is definitely a mood of optimism in the market at the moment which is being reflected in the volume of sales achieved compared to the first few months of last year.
Looking forward to next week the valuers diary's are very busy already and with a large number of viewings taking place this weekend it looks like we're in for another good week at Ernest Wilson.
