Ernest Wilson have been appointed as the letting agent for a multi-million pound commercial scheme in Eldwick near Bingley in West Yorkshire.Having successfully negotiated terms with an existing doctors practice agreements for Lease are also in place for a pharmacy & day nursery. This is a very exciting project and one which Ernest Wilson is particularly proud to be involved with.
Completion of the build project will be October 2010.
