Little H's open for business

Steve Jones recently bought a closed sandwich bar through Ernest Wilson on Rook Lane, Bradford and after a period of refurbishment they are now open.

This will be the latest sandwich bar operation for Steve and his family, having sold his Saltaire shop last year. The locals will have no complaints here as I'm sure the products will be second to none.

Little H's is named after Steve's granddaughter and all at Ernest Wilson wish him much success.

The Victoria, Drighlington - open for business

You may recall a previous blog entry of mine referring to the fact I act for a Landlord who bought The Victoria pub in Drighlington.

Well after an extensive renovation program the site enjoyed its first day of trading over the weekend.

The property has been let to The Prashad restaurant who were finalists in Gordon Ramseys best restaurant program 2010.

This is a fabulous site and were sure Bobby and his team will have no complaints following the massive success of the first weekend.

Lake District trip.......

I have spent the last few days in Cumbria and the Lake District and have secured several new instructions for Ernest Wilson to value. One of the 'stand out' businesses is a Bargain Booze (http://www.bargainbooze.co.uk/)  turning over £25,000 per week and showing fabulous net profits.

In addition I'm pleased to be appointed to market a fabulous Guest House in Ulveston for sale, this stunning property is available for £550,000.
