Steve Jones recently bought a closed sandwich bar through Ernest Wilson on Rook Lane, Bradford and after a period of refurbishment they are now open.
This will be the latest sandwich bar operation for Steve and his family, having sold his Saltaire shop last year. The locals will have no complaints here as I'm sure the products will be second to none.
Little H's is named after Steve's granddaughter and all at Ernest Wilson wish him much success.

The Victoria, Drighlington - open for business
You may recall a previous blog entry of mine referring to the fact I act for a Landlord who bought The Victoria pub in Drighlington.
Well after an extensive renovation program the site enjoyed its first day of trading over the weekend.
The property has been let to The Prashad restaurant who were finalists in Gordon Ramseys best restaurant program 2010.
This is a fabulous site and were sure Bobby and his team will have no complaints following the massive success of the first weekend.

In addition I'm pleased to be appointed to market a fabulous Guest House in Ulveston for sale, this stunning property is available for £550,000.
For details of this and all Ernest Wilson's recent instructions please visit www.ernest-wilson.co.uk.
Have a good day,
Jonathan

Ernest Wilson have been appointed as the selling agent with relation to the freehold disposal of The Willow Tree, Ilkley Road, Riddlesden, Keighley, West Yorkshire.

More encouraging news..........
Over the last 12 months we have seen a steady increase in the volume of sales being completed which is obviously good news. This trend is indicative of a returning confidence amongst purchasers within the small and medium business sector.
Today's encouraging news is the increase over the last three months in the average sale price of businesses sold and in particular the volume of freehold sales being achieved.
With the banks apathy towards assisting small businesses in recent years it seems that there is light at the end of the tunnel with Ernest Wilson placing several substantial loans and mortgages with various banks and lenders.
A return to responsible lending will undoubtedly help us all and there will be no complaints from the business world if that happens.

Client listens to residents complaints.
Ernest Wilson are delighted to be appointed as the Letting agent of a highly prominent former public house in Drighlington, West Yorkshire.
The Victoria Hotel occupies a highly visable position on this busy crossroads at the centre of this popular village between the M62 motorway and the Leeds ring road.
The property is in need of a 'face lift'and the local residents complaints about the condition of the building fell on deaf ears under the previous ownership, however our client who has just acquired the building is determined to restore the property to its former glory.
Accordingly, the Landlord is willing to make significant investment for the right operator to convert this into a fabulous restaurant which will secure the long term future of the site and will become an asset to the community.
Details will be on the website http://www.ernest-wilson.co.uk/ soon.In the meantime please get in touch if you want to discuss this one.
