Ernest Wilson sold top Deck Café in Hull recently and I was pleased to see that the Hard work of Mr & Mrs Kelsey has been rewarded in them achieving a 5 star hygiene rating from the local authority.

This has been a fabulous little café in the past and I've no doubt it will thrive again under the new management
