T'Chippy, Carr House Road, Shelf

Ernest Wilson recently sold JP's fish and chips at Shelf, Halifax and are delighted to see it re-open this week as T'Chippy.



CLOSED FISH & CHIPS SHOP in Halifax for Sale.
Closed fisheries situated on a commanding main road within a bustling shopping centre. The business was worked in easy openings (five dinners and three teas) and is priced to sell. Great potential here - previously taken  £900 to £1,000 weekly. #1 Restaurant in Halifax - SOLD

Ernest Wilson acted for the owners of Towngate Brasserie in Hipperholme which completed today.

The business which has been run by Tom Hartley for a number of years is rated #1 restaurant in Halifax by Tripadvisor and enjoys a fabulous reputation.

All at Ernest Wilson wish Tom the best of luck in his next venture and likewise wish Tim and his team much success now they are the new custodians.
