I was delighted last week when the sale of Deli Street at Oxford Road, Gomersal completed through the offices of Ernest Wilson Business Transfer Agents and Lorraine can now enjoy a well deserved retirement in the South West.

Yesterday saw the grand opening of the now revamped and re-branded 'Coffee Bites' and I was lucky enough to be invited by the new owners, Ray and Barry, to attend. It is a credit to them that in just a week they have managed to transform the place into a fabulous coffee house and deli that will give Costa Coffee, Starbucks and Caffe Nero a run for their money.

One sale I was particularly pleased to see complete this week was the fish and chips shop at 55, High Street, Queensbury.

This has been bought by an established client of Ernest Wilson's, Richard Ingham, Richard has bought and sold businesses through us for a few years and is a fabulous frier. He plans to completely refurbish the property and re-open later this month. All at Ernest Wilson wish Richard much success with his latest venture - This is destined to be the new Harry Ramsdens!
