I had a site visit to the Warren Lane development yesterday and am pleased to report that the contractors are a week ahead of schedule.

Websters Fish & Chips completes another two disposals through Ernest Wilson

Ernest Wilson are delighted to report that we have completed the sale of two of Websters Fish & Chips businesses this week which coincides with the opening of their new restaurant in Idle, Bradford.

Ernest Wilson's have been acting for Websters for the last 3 decades during which time they have built a hugely successful empire in West Yorkshire, the flagship operation being the Baildon Restaurant and Takeaway they bought through us in the 1990's.

The relationship has proved fruitful for both parties with another exciting acquisition proposed for later this year, subject to a successful planning application....watch this space!

The Bank Holiday Weekend

It seems as if a lot of people have taken advantage of the long weekend to view plenty of businesses on the Ernest Wilson books - the phones have been ringing all morning with requests for accounts, copy leases etc.
